Subscription Policy
By purchasing a subscription from KoneBloom, you agree to the following subscription terms.
Subscription Renewals
KoneBloom subscriptions automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Billing Frequency
Depending on the subscription selected, customers may be billed every 30 days, 60 days, or another interval displayed at checkout. All recurring charges will appear clearly during checkout before purchase is completed.
Managing Your Subscription
You may manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made before your renewal date and the order is processing.
Shipping
Subscription orders are processed automatically after renewal and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping timelines may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, KoneBloom may retry the payment method on file. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled automatically.
Refunds
Because of the nature of wellness and consumable products, subscription orders that have already processed or shipped may not be eligible for refunds before they're shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@konebloom.com.
Subscription Changes
KoneBloom reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, product availability, or subscription benefits at any time. Customers will be notified in advance of any material pricing changes.
